Filmmaker, actor and special effects makeup artist. He defines himself as an artificer. Alex was born in the Argentine city of Salta where, with the support of his parents and under the plastic wing of Silvia Katz, he began to develop artistically until moving to Buenos Aires to continue his studies.

In 2005 Alex watched “Star Wars: The Revenge of the Sith” and had a revelation, he wanted to be a filmmaker. In 2009, he was selected to participate as a young director in the statal contest “Mi Mundo en Corto”, with a film that ended up winning best soundtrack, art and photography. In 2013 he made the short film “Escruche”, followed in 2014 by the Documentary “A Basement on the Ground Floor”. Alex did theater, sculpture, make-up and hair under the teaching talents of artists such as Ricardo Holcer, Martin Demonte, Marisa Toledo, Juan Manuel Bertozzi, Sergio Marcos Kettmayer and Sebastián Molchavsky; he continues to improve his abilities in other areas until today. In October 2016, together with his partner Anna Ghirardi, they were the first Argentine winners of the cosplay championship in the “Master Ensemble” category of Los Angeles Comic Con, thanks to this achievement they reached the cover of VIVA magazine along with an extensive journalistic note. He has worked in theater, musicals, series, documentaries, short films, movies and cultural events. Alex also performs live characterizations along other artists at  events such as Argentina Comic Con. He is currently in the pre-production of a fanfilm genre web miniseries about the character of the Joker, a project that he has been hoping to finalize for several years.
